Refund and Returns Policy

At DHWWW, we care about your experience. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we are here to resolve the issue smoothly and fairly.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging
  • You return the product to our official return address

❌ You are not eligible for a return/refund if:

  • You have used the product and then changed your mind
  • You request a return after 7 days without informing us
  • The product was damaged or modified after delivery
  • You refuse delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal or intimate items (e.g., grooming tools, undergarments)
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital/downloadable products or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  • We will inspect the product within 2–3 business days
  • If the return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund via bKash/Nagad or your selected method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a store credit once the return is received and approved
  • A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you

If the item was not sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
